Armenian Travertine Mining Company was founded in 2004 and is specialized in production of tiles made of natural stones. At present ATMC carries out travertine mining and tile manufacturing.
The company aims to make an efficient use of natural resources, offer high quality products at competitive prices to its consumers. The high quality tiles and decors made of travertine and other natural stones of Armenian origin are widely used for both external decoration and interior refurbishing, locally and internationally. In organizing and managing its manufacturing process of travertine, ATMC successfully combines traditional and modern processing and methods.
In order to supply its clients with tiles in best compliance with international standards ATMC uses facilities and equipment produced by internationally recognized companies. Processing is carried out by a new modern production line, manufactured by the world-known Italian company GASPARI MENOTTI which is a leader in manufacturing facilities and equipment for marble and travertine stones processing. The cutting saws are of Austrian TYROLIT VINCENT production. Grinding and polishing facilities have been produced by the Italian company Abra Iride. Facilities and machinery used in mining are most efficient and of Russian production manufactured by another leader in this are, NPO Experimental Factory LLC. Resin used in manufacturing of tiles as fillings is produces by the Italian ILPA company.
