Our products contain a unique additive that helps break down the carbon to carbon bonds in plastic, reducing their strength to ultimately become degradable. As the plastic degrades into smaller pieces it becomes tiny enough for microbes to safely ingest and leave behind only water, CO2 and biomass. This degradation process does not leave any harmful residue or toxins in the soil making oxo-degradable technology a sustainable solution for the use of plastic in agriculture.
