Product "BUSINESS IN A BOX"
This concept was placed before me, a few years ago, when franchising was in its heyday, but due to the amount of accountabilty, and the real knowledge that at the end of the lease for the franchise, you may be asked to leave, or renegoiate the franchise fee, so it wasn, t deemed viable, hence the advent of, what is commonly called "TURNKEY BUSINESSES".
What I have done is taken the "turnkey business" concept, added a saleable product, complete with geniune leads, given the client a fully set up office, that is totally mobile, and can be operated the same day as the sale goes through.
We supply everything, Business Name, (Registered) Customized Stationary, state of the art CD- ROM business cards, dual SIM Mobile Phone, Laptop with business software, mini printer, website, PDA and ongoing assistance, in the way of follow up leads, and product updates, and available products that we may be sourcing, that suit their market niche.
As each business is totally different you can have a few of these businesses operating in the one area, without fear of conflict.

3. Mobile Phones, MP3, MP4, DVD CD, both blank and recorded, Mobile phone accessories, GPS.
This business based on viability study finalised October 7 2008, has a rating of 97%
4. Vending Machines, "my favourite" because it is the lazy man's business. With the time commitment to the business being approx 6-10 hours per week, and offers excellent income. The packages we offer in this field are;
4a. Two internet cafes, sighted and viable, Non Profit Share with site host.
4b. Four (4) vending machines being; Cold Drinks, Snacks, Hot Snacks and Phone Cards.
4c. One (1) internet cafe and two (2) vending machines.
All these have a viability rating of 91% plus.
