3.5 kw bi directional sine wave inverter/charger
- most inverters are single conversion (low frequency 50 hz transformer type), these are bulky heavy and costly to buy transport and install.
- this new inverter is designed for high surge capacity, low noise and high isolation between the battery and the supply and has a number of new features:
- double conversion fully bi-directional design
- light weight and very small for its power rating approximately 1/10 the weight and size of low frequency transformer designs
- suitable for motoring loads
- can be wired in parallel for increased output (n+1 systems)
Applications
- telecom supplies - has a built in 60 amp rectifier for 48 vdc battery
- power conditioner - will clean up poor quality AC supplies on the asynchronous input and present a high quality supply on the synchronous input/output
- frequency converter 0-400hz in 50/60hz out
- remote area power supply (raps) accepts poor quality generation sources provides high power and high energy efficiency
