Hi there, thanks for taking a quick look at our site. We are buying Agent, a gateway to the Asian Market for fresh cut WOOD LOGS in operation since 2008 and is growing strongly. If you are forest exploiter company, sawmills or logs agent seller, we love to work with you for long terms partner ship. Please provide us your product pictures, dimension, ability to supply and payment terms on business letter head in MS Word or PDF file, I am sure we can find a match for your product against our huge database of customer who is in demand for your products.

Can you co-operate with us with the following the procedure?
Company verification:
*Company name, Fax number, office number, mobile number, Office address
*VAT ID number, Company ID number, Photocopy of export permit
*One past transaction which includes: sgs certificate, fumigation certificate, B/L, Log list, Commercial invoice.
*When customer request order, we will contact you and provide you a Letter of Interest (LOI) offer outline all our terms such as: sample request, order procedure and payment terms. Please reply with a Full Corporate Order (FCO).
Sample request procedure:
*Please email us pictures of the following wood species require by our customer: list of log names and species.
*Each sample size approximately: 5cm x 10cm x 1 cm
*Each sample piece written Austrading Asia, commercial name of wood and biological name.
*Please take picture of each piece sample and email to us before send via DHL to following address: Company address.
*Please send via DHL using account number: 962610439 (we pay for the courier cost) and please email me, invoice slip from DHL after you have sent.
*We will also pay for any fumigation certificate (once you provide us proof of issue invoice) to your bank account or by western union.
Order procedure:- Our customer will base on the sample to make an order, they will provide the following requirement:
*Quantity, quality and type of wood species required:- Trial order: 2 container 40 foot.
*On going 12 month contract, up to 500-2000MT per month
*Which port should be delivered to:- Name of port, Country.
*What document customer require to import such consignment:- Inspection certificate, Commercial invoice, Place of origin, Bill of Lading.
*Log list indicating each log:- diameter, length and volume pluse photos of each log with serial number to match log list.

Their payment terms:
* 100% transferable/ back to back LC at sight.
*or Advance deposit TT against legal document, example 5% sgs certificate, 15% B/L and balance 80% when reach destination port.

Base on customer condition and requirement, we will sign contract with you.
