Losugen is an engineering and manufacturing company that specialises in the manufacture of wear components, especially rubber.
We can design products from new using our Auto CAD design office, or if you have an existing part, no matter what the size, we can re-design and improve the performance.
Through our laboratories we can customise our rubber compounds to suit any application.
We have designed and manufactured products for a huge range of duties and industries, from Army Tank Wheels, Mill Linings, Sheet Rubber, and Screens through to Rubber mountings for Wheelchairs.
Our factory is based in India and our facilities are huge, we have presses that range from 300mm x 300mm to our largest 2 meters x 5 meters and our largest Autoclave is 2 meters in diameter x 7 meters long.
We also have access to manufacturing plants here in Australia, Malaysia and the USA.
As well as servicing the local Australian market we export our products around the globe to countries such as, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Papua New Guinea, USA and Sweden.
