We have a stringent Quality Control mechanism under which our expert quality team minutely scrutinize the fabrics before knitting and dying, do a careful study on the knitting procedure as well as dying procedure, carry out test favorable and meant for hassle free exports like AZO free test and other harm full test for human body, and permission to process the fabrics is issued after compliance are met according to standards. They also do supervise the entire process from sewing till packaging so as to ensure quality and standardization and have a eye on the dispatch procedures like loading, pre-shipment and post-shipment documentations.
We are able to supply large demands and ensure the prompt supply of consignments complementing the time schedule issued by the client. We also assure our best co-operation and customer services at all time.
OUR PRODUCTION PRECDURE
1. First time you must be know which type of clothing you need with its product name, measurement sheet, sketch sheet, size, color, fabrics description .
2. Secondly we will give the best price F.O.B or C&F with the help of above mentioned information.
3. If you agree our quoting best price then we will send sample as per your request.
4. If you approve sample then please you will send order confirmation.
5. We will start production upon receipt confirm L/C.
6. If you would like to production sample and shipment sample we will provide you.
7. Minimum qty.= As per buyer requirement
8. Sample pricing : If the Sample quantity is bulk all sample cost and freight cost bear by buyer , if the sample quantity is small only freight cost bear by buyer. This cost will be deduct when buyer will give us order
