Turag Garments & Hosiery Mills Ltd. was established in 1998 in a small scale. With the passage of time, it has been expanded in a large scale with good facilities of Knitting, Dyeing- finishing and Sewing. Now, the floor area is 426,500 Sq. feet (39,623.3 Sq. meter ).
Our factory is located at the outskirt of Dhaka city. The location is South Panishail, Zirani Bazar, Kashimpur, Gazipur which is 37 kilometer apart from the zero point of Dhaka and 26 km from the Zia International Airport.
The factory has been equipped with world famous brand new machinery like- Sclavos from Greece for dyeing, Santex from Switzerland for finishing, Monforts from Germany for Stentering and EL from Italy for Slitting. Turag Garments is renowned for producing casual and sports wear with different patterns and sizes of knit fabrics which are finished with different functions like Wicking, Moisture Management, Anti-Bacterial, Earth & Soil release, Anti-Mosquito etc. It also works with special yarn like- Coolmax, Polyester, Micro polyester, Modal, Bamboo Cotton, Polyamide Tactel, Suplex etc.
The factory has got the state-of-the-art laboratory equipments facilities. These are Datacolor650, Spectrophotometer, USA. We are going to add Auto dispenser in our next expansion programme. All equipments are ISO, AATCC, ASTM, M&S etc. certified.
We have a well equipped and self sufficient sample room with expertise and can make sample in a day with available fabric and trims. Usually we are working on 60 days delivery with L/C at sight in both FOB & C & F.
Our factory is compliance certified of BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX and OEKO-TEX.
