We are one of the largest manufacture and exporter of ready-made garments from Bangladesh. First Millennium Ltd. exports to France, Denmark, Italy, UK, Holland, Canada and USA. Our main business products are t-shirt, maxi, pajama, polo shirt, tank top, scrub, shirt, pant, jacket, sweater based on single/jersey, fleece, 2x2rib, 1x1rib, drop needle, and interlock, mixed yarn composition based on local and imported fabric and yarn for knit, woven and pullover.
For knit / t-shirt item: we own composite and compliance factories (knitting, dyeing, sewing, finishing, printing, embroidery, poly and packaging). In other word we do not have to depend on others for anything except yarn only.
For pullover/sweater item: we own compliance factories (knitting, linking, washing, finishing, printing, embroidery, poly and packaging). Normally common yarn we buy from our local source. For mixed yarn we import from China, Vietnam, Turkey, Pakistan, India etc.
For woven item: we own compliance factories (sewing, finishing, printing, embroidery, poly and packaging).
For this part we are taking fabric from famous companies all over the world. Locally we are using Monno and Beximco fabric for shirt.

2 pullover garment factories: 1.2 million pieces per year
2 woven garments factories: 3 million pieces per year
Knitting industry (knit): 15 metric tons per day
Dyeing industry (knit): 23 metric tons per day
Printing industry: 2800 pieces per hour (approx & average 1 color)
Embroidery industry: 55 million stitch / 24 hours / 3 shifts
Poly industry: 55,000 pieces per day
Packaging: 40,000 pieces per month
