Consultancy on engineering projects:
The projects and the management of those projects were done specially for Industry of Soda Ash and Ammonium Chloride Industrial Plants as whole.
Some projects are still in developing in Partnership with Toyo Engineering Corporation Japan, University of Campos, MPX Energia S. A., Alcalis de La Patagonia S. A. I. C and others.
Quarterisation:
Quarterisation in Brazil means the specializations from some companies to management Outsourced companies contracted usually by Companies that uses Outsource intensively. As the Labour Legislation in Brazil is lead by Solidary Responsibility which means that in case of any irregularity with employees from Outsourced Companies the Principal is also responsible.
Pro Contract developed a Quarterisations System that manage all of Contracts closed between the Principal and the Outsourced Companies, Labour Rights, Valour Updating and others. All of the management evolving Outsourcing was a duty of Pro Contract. The main clients in this area: Companhia Nacional de Alcalis S. A., Petrobras Petroleo Brasileiro S. A., and Transpetro Petrobras Transporte SA. .
On January from 2002, Pro Contract initiates its activities on Import, Export and International Trade Consultancy and achieve all licenses in the Brazilian Customs Revenue and are able to Import and Export all kinds of products:
The services involving International Trade Consultancy were: Register Trade Mark in Brazil and abroad, market research, identify the target market consumer, market standards, international trade matters like fiscal incentives on Brazilian Legislation to Export, fiscal incentives in the importer country, management of letters of credits and documentary collections, exchange operations, documentation and logistic planning, importation: contact the suppliers, financial operations, logistic, documentation and custom clearance of the goods in Brazil and others related activities.
Later, Pro Contract started to act also as sourcing agents for overseas clients seeking to buy Brazilian products.
On 2005, in Partnership with Minerais e Lapidacao Ltda. and jeweler designs, Pro Contracts created a Jewellery production.
Pro Contract started working with fine Jewellery with exotic Precious Brazilian Stones. Rare stones like Amethyst, Tigers Eye, Aquamarine, Agate (Black and Red) , Petrified Wood, Rutilated Quartz, Rose Quartz, Onyx, Fluorite and others.
Since 2002 Pro Contract have been imported and exported Soda Ash, Ammonium Chloride, Pipes, Granite, Brazilian Gems, Engineering Equipments, Textile Products, Copper Products and more.
