The company was founded in 2003 as a low volume plastic card manufacturer. Last generation equipment from well known European machine manufacturers in all production stages (pre-press, print, lamination, punch) allow us guarantee highest quality to our customers. Sheet-fed UV waterless dry offset and silkscreen print makes it possible to offer short lead times. Normal delivery is up to ten working days and we also have urgent service, which takes 5 days.
Our capacity at the moment is about 20,000 cards per shift. In house we control completely the production process, from file preparation to the ready card, without subcontractors in any of the technological steps. Our personalization center has capacity of 5,000 up to 10,000 cards per shift, depending on the type of personalization (thermal print, emboss, magnetic stripe encoding).
Our product range includes standard ISO CR-80 cards in thickness from 0.5mm to 0.8mm, printed single or dual side, with flush magnetic stripes lo-co/hi-co, available in different colours (brown, black silver, gold, etc.). Signature panels could be mat varnish or hot stamp, standard or custom size and position. Hologram application and special effects like transparent or partial transparent cards and mat finishing are also possible.
We produce also contactless smart cards (125kHz read-only) and re-writable high frequency (Mifare and Hitag), blank and printed.
Minimum run for all card types is 500pcs.
Our export share is constantly growing, being over 70% for 2010. Our major market is Western Europe. We are interested to establish partnership with local companies in Europe.
