We provide or manufacture in-house a very comprehensive range of products in the Gasket & Seals, Rubber & Plastics, and Sealing Material categories. We die-cut gaskets out of rubber, metals, plastics, teflon, asbestos, non-asbestos, fiberglass, graphite, ceramics, cloths and virtually anything else. We provide in-house die making to exact specifications. From standard full face or ring gaskets, to washers, to the most complex and precise gasket, we are capable and have the expertise to meet any need.
We also offer most gasketing materials in sheet or roll form in many thichnesses and widths which include: Rubber elastomers ( Neoprene, EPDM, Buna/N (Nitrile), Viton, SBR, Natural Rubber ); Silicone rubber and foam; Urethanes; Vinyl; UHMW; Plastics; Compressed asbestos; Compressed non-asbestos; PTFE (Teflon); Flexible graphite; Corrugated flexible graphite; Cork; Vegitable fibres; Treated papers; Glass filled materials; Felt (cloth); Ceramic paper; Foam ( Closed cell neoprene, poron etc. ); Name brand materials ( Garlock, Durlon, Klinger, Vellumoid ).
