Allendale Electronics offers prototype short-run and medium volume printed circuit assembly for quantities from one board to several thousand.
Our skilled and trained staff takes pride in producing high quality work in through-hole, surface-mount or mixed boards, with hand, wave or reflow soldering. Every board assembled is inspected and can be tested to your specifications if required.
We offer the personal service and flexibility of a small company, for fast delivery and immediate attention to design change.
Allendale Electronics was founded in 1973 as a marine electronics sales and service business and branched into printed circuit board assembly in 1976. The company was incorporated in 1980, and since that time electronics assembly has become our whole business. We took our first steps into surface mount in 1989 with manually operated equipment. Automatic pick-and-place and convection reflow machines followed, and in 2002 we moved from the village of Allendale to the nearby town of Lockeport (pop. Approx. 800) , on Nova Scotia 's southwest shore.
Lockeport was founded in 1745, and its main industry is fishing, and, to a growing extent, tourism. We're here because it is a great place to live, with a relaxed way of life (except during working hours! ) , no rush-hour traffic, and good communication by truck, courier, phone, fax and e-mail.
