Set up in March, 2000, Zhejiang Shuanghuan Plastic Valve Enterprise. Ltd. is a Sino-American cooperative enterprise derived from Huangyan Xingda Mould Factory (set up in 1992). We have USD2,500,000 registered fund, and the annual production value is over RMB200 million.Our company covers an area of 40 thousand square meters, including standard steel structure producing workshop, warehouse, office, dormitory and dinner room. Our company has 822 employees, including 41 senior engineers and technicians. More and more talents are entering our company from Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, preparing for standing in international market.At present, we have 12 automatic production lines and 156 various plastic injecting machines (60-6500 g), 10 mixing material, 30 sets of machine tools and some advanced testing systems that meet craftsmanship and technique needs. We are equipped with Tensile Testing Machines, Vion Softening Temperature Apparatus, PHI Testing Machines, Speeding Thicker Apparatus, Compact Testing Machines, Low Temperature Refrigerators, Fluid Measurement Apparatus, and Testing Machines of Resistance to internal pressure for plastic pipes and fittings.The annual turnout of our company is 10000 tons of PVC and 3000 tons of PPR.
