Shandong Dawn Polymer Co.,Ltd. is a nationally certified Hi-Tech enterprise which has passed the ISO/16949 quality system certification. We are one of the biggest manufacturers with great capacity in China and the only one manufacturer of High-quality TPV in China.

Our production capacity is 60,000 tons. We own advanced German W.P twin extruder producing lines, and also have mechanical, thermo and optics analysis testing instruments and facilities. The product range includes automobile materials, flame retardant plastic, flame-reinforced plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic, plastic alloy, high-melt woven plastic, conductive plastic, filler plastic, high filling master batches, cooling materials, color master batches and special engineering plastic, with twelve series and thousands of grades. Materials are widely used in automobile, military, electronic, and aviation fields. Our company is a key supplier of such famous dairy electronic enterprises . The products are well sold at home and abroad, such as Europe, East Asia and South Africa. We become one of the large scale engineering plastic production bases in China.

The capacity of thermo elastomer plastic is 10,000 tons annually; the products have rubber elastomer properties and plastic properties, can be recycled and are energy saving, filling the gap in China. Approved with the provincial certificate, the material properties approach to the similar materials at the world advanced level. Our products are widely used in automobile and electronic industries, becoming the key new products in China and Shandong Province energy saving products. The production technology was awarded as second prize issued by the nation, first prize issued by China petrol & chemical institute, and we have also got the award for the modification of processing technology by the nation.

The new stage of TPV expansion project started in 2009. We have got fund support from nation technology bureau, China small-medium scale corporation institute and Shandong key technology project.
