Founded in 1999, Shanghai Dean Electrical Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of insulation sleeves, tapes and other insulation materials.

To satisfy the market requirements, we invested USD3,000,000 to establish the plant in 2004. Our modern plant is located in Fengxian District, Shanghai. The annual production capacity reaches 20 million meters of insulation sleeves, 10 million meters of polyester shrinkable tapes and 4 million meters of PET expansion tubes.
And our technical team has developed "TAN DELTA" Testers and In-line High Voltage Pin- hole/Blister Testers, which are very popularly used by magnet wire producers at home and abroad.
It has always been our aim to offer our customers safty and high quality products. Until now our products have widely used in transformers,generators and other areas .
