Our annual production capacity for carbon products(carbon additive, electrically calcined anthracite, Gas calcined anthracite) is 100,000.00 tons and 90,000 tons for ferro silicon, 60,000 tons of silicon metal, 30,000 tons of calcium carbide, 35,000 tons of ferro manganese 30,000 tons of manganese metal flake, lump and powder, 40,000 tons of silicon manganese, 10,000 tons of calcium silicon and 30,000 tons of ferro manganese.
For carbon products, we have our own three big factories who are specializing in the production of Carbon Additive, Electrically Calcined Anthracite Coal,Gas Calcined Anthracite Coal, our production capacity is about 10,000.00 tons every year, about 70% are exporting to the world markets, and 30% are selling in the domestic markets, many famous big steel factories, and aluminium factories from abroad and domestic are our long term users and buyers.
For ferro silicon products, we have two big factories locate in Ningxia province where is the main production base in China. We have the production capacity of 90,000 tons per year, we're supplying the ferro silicon to many of the big steel mills domestic, we're exporting ferro silicon 50,000 tons every year.
For silicon metal, we have two big factories who are producing silicon 553#, 441#, 2202#, 3303#, with the production capacity of 60,000 tons every year.
For Calcium Carbide, we have three big factories with the capacity of 30,000 tons every year. Most of our goods are for exporting and domestic supplying.
Our group has passed ISO9000-2000 Quality System Certification, also applyed for ISO14001 Environment Management System Certification.
