Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Co., Ltd. is located in the well-known ceramic city - Jingdezhen, which is in the northeast of Jiangxi Province, between Huang Mountain, Jiuhua Mountain, Longhu Mountain and Lu Mountain. Jingdezhen is one of the four famous cities in China, famous for its ceramic products. Black Cat is in the south of the city, 10km far from the downtown. Wangan Railway passes through plant district, and highway connects Nanchang, Jiujiang, Huangshan, Yingtan and Wuyuan. It is only half an hour's drive from the airport to Black Cat, and one and an half hours' drive from Jiujiang Port. It is very convenient to ship the cargos to Shanghai Port through Jiujiang Port.

Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Co., Ltd. has been a stock company since Sep. 15, 2006 and the number is 002068. Established in 1994, Black Cat now has four plants, separately Jiangxi Plant, Hancheng Plant, Chaoyang Plant and Wuhai Plant. We are equipped with 1 coal tar oil processing line with an annual production capacity of 200 thousand tons, 1 fumed silica line with an annual production capacity of 1 thousand tons and 16 black lines with an annual production capacity of 20 thousand tons to 40 thousand tons. Our total production capacity increases to 430 thousand tons per year from 8 thousand tons. In 2009, our total value reached 2.46 billion RMB. Black Cat has gained the leading position in the production and sale in the black industry for continuous six years. Black Cat is the biggest black manufacturer in China, and becomes the flag of the black industry.

In order to make the brand better and better, Black Cat insists on quality and service, and focuses on the customers' demands. Recently, we have attained the certifications of ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2001. Black Cat Carbon Black was honored as Advanced Enterprise in Technology Development in 2005, Jiangxi Famous Brand in 2006 and 2008, Chinese Rubber Association Recommended Brand in 2007 and Jiangxi QA Advanced Enterprise in 2009. Our testing centre gained the National Laboratory Certificate in 2009. We have also been awarded Jiangxi Outstanding Enterprise from 2002 till now.

It is planned that the fifth plant will be set up in 2010 with a production capacity of 160 thousand tons per year. In phase one, two lines would be put into use with an annual production capacity of 40 thousand tons. It is planned that Black Cat can produce 700 thousand tons in 2012.
