Established in 1997, Shandong Donghong Group Co., Ltd has been engaged in research and production of a wide range of plastic pipes and fittings, including hdpe pipe, steel wire reinforced hdpe composite pipe, uhmwpe pipe, pp-r pipe and pe-rt pipe, etc. The applications cover water supply, gas supply, water drainage and sewage pipeline in various fields like agricultural irrigation, infrastructure construction, oil-gas fields and coal-mine industry in the past fifteen years. All our products available comply with the international quality standards, like ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 and have been reputable in different markets throughout the world. Covering an area of 266,800 square meters, "Donghong Industry" has approximately 1,500 employees at present. We have more than twenty steel reinforced hdpe composite pipe production lines, the most among hundreds of factories in China. The amount of polyethylene resin processed into hdpe pipes in our factory every month reaches 5,000 metric tons. Sizes of hdpe water pipe that we can process is from 20mm to 1200mm, while hdpe gas pipe from 20mm to 630mm and hdpe composite pipe from 50mm to 800mm. Apart from the pipes, we also have dozens of injection molding machines to produce corresponding hdpe pipe fittings for sale. The largest injection molding machine in the world is also in our factory. The injection amount of the machine reaches 200,000g/min. The machine produces 710mm and 800mm electrofusion pipe fittings, which you cannot find in other factories.
