SAPAC has obtained the considerable development in recent years in the auto parts precise/super elevation precision mold, the double color, the multi-cavity, the electronic, the thin wall parts and so on front technology.
Following the software application and re-development on UGSystem, ERP System, the mold standardization development and the application.
Quality control engineering and so on each aspect gained improvement and promotion. The SAPAC has succeeded to step onto the large-scale mold and the high precision mold parallel development path. The large-scale mold development may amount up to in 15 tons; the precision mold can control in u level precise scope, Kinds of auxiliary software & hardware development and the application, lead SAPAC to be a competitor with the international first-class manufacturer.
SAPAC have more than 50 set injection machines, including 11 set double injection machines. Robot machines improve degree of automation and product quality's stable. SAPAC provide customers with high quality product and integrate service(Gas-assisted injection, Thin-wall injection and dust-free injection clean room ext.) The control procedure of strict quality guarantee to satisfy the demand of customers.
