Hangzhou JS Blooming Garments Co., Ltd. is specialized in the manufacture and export of ladies and children's woven garments . The company was founded in June 2011 , the factory is located in Pinghu City ,Zhejiang Province which is about an hour away by car from Shanghai .

Although we are a newly established company, but our professional team, pattern making personnel, technicians, quality inspectors, foreign trade salesman in the garment industry has more than ten years of experience. To make not only good communication with customers but also accurate understanding of the customer's wishes and to give timely and effective feedback. We run a complete set of processes from fabric sourcing, sample development, pattern making, purchasing, producing,Quality Control to the final inspection.Therefore, we can effectively control every process to ensure good quality and high-speed delivery.

Almost 100% of our products are exported and mainly to Europe, Australia,Canada, New Zealand, Japan, South Africa. Currently, we mainly serve in high-end products, the customers are basically international brand stores.Small orders are welcomed, we accept as little as 100 pieces per color/style . The direct importers and agents worldwide are welcomed.

We now have almost 100 workers, all skilled workers in the apparel industry for decades. So we have the confidence to do high-quality products.we are flexible to supply 100 to 10,000 pieces of garments per style.

Large orders, we have long-term cooperation factory named Pinghu Yuheng Garments CO., LTD to operate. It has been established for 10 years with about 300 workers, very rich and mature experience in clothing industry.
