XUZHOU METALFORMING founded as early as 1951,which restructured from Jiangsu Province Xuzhou Metalforming Machine Factory in 2006, has four subsidiaries including Xuzhou Huanqiu Metalforming Machine Co., Ltd, Xuzhou Huanqiu Metalforming Research Co., Ltd, Xuzhou machine factory, Xuzhou Huanqiu Garment Factory. In 1964, it began to manufacture open type mechanical press in batch, and in the same year was awarded one of national first-batch designated mechanical press manufacturing enterprises by original Ministry of Machine-Building Industry. In 1988, it was awarded State Second Level Enterprise. In 1995, it was confirmed as state-owned large-scale industrial enterprise, and now it is regarded as main national standards drafting unit of CNC high-speed press.

Xuzhou Metalforming Group covers an area of 250,000 square meters with construction area of 150,000 square meters; with assets of 400 million RMB, it is awarded Grade AAA Credit Enterprise and Jiangsu Province Quality Reliable Enterprise for successive years; it passed the examination of ISO9001 Quality System in 2001, and the examinations of Environmental Assurance System and Occupation Health Safety Management System in 2005; in 2006, it was confirmed as Provincial High and New Technology Enterprise; in 2007, it was confirmed as one of the first innovation-based pilot enterprises in Jiangsu Province; In 2010,it has confirmed as National Torch Plan Focus on High-tech Enterprise ;it has right to engage in exporting, and is titled one of the China top 500 enterprise of machinery industry for successive years.
