Jingzhou Jujing Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in the historical famous city of Jingzhou. Our company is one of the earliest specified sites to manufacture reducers with experience of four decades. Our design and productivity take the leading position in the field. Our company is the largest professional reducer manufacturer in south of China. Our latest main products are planetary gearboxes, parallel shafts and vertical shaft gear reducers.
At present, our company has more than 700 staff members, including more than 200 skilled technicians. Our company covers an area of 130, 000 square meters. We have a vertical processing center, digitalized boring &milling lathes, gear grinding machines, 500 sets of sophisticated equipment and a heat processing system. We can manufacture various non-standard reducers with an annual productivity of 5,000 sets.
Our company applies ERP management method in production, sale, finance and storage. The technologies of carbon-permeation, nitrogenation and gear grinding are applied in gear processing. With perfect quality management system, the accuracy of gear reducers have reached 5th grade. Our company is equipped with triplex coordinates testing machines, comprehensive gear testing apparatuses and closed-circuit experiment platforms. We have attained ISO9001 certification.
