Ningbo Chinayu Metal & Electronic Products Company Limited was established in 2004, located in the opening, beautiful and famous port city of Ningbo, China. Our company bought land to build a new factory in Jan. 2012 due to the needs of business development, with the registered name of Zhejiang V&V Metal Products Co., Ltd. The registered capital is USD3.5 million. Our new factory is located in Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Industrial Zone, Zhejiang Province, with a total area of 13,340 square meters. At the moment our factory is under construction, and will be completed in the end of 2013.Our company is specialized in the low pressure casting, die casting, gravity casting and sand casting for aluminum products, such as cast-in heaters, heating plates, heat press heaters, aluminum valve bodies, transport components, motor parts, motorcycle cylinder parts, aluminum gear boxes, mechanical aluminum casting parts for air compressors and automobiles and many other die casting parts. We also have great machining capacity with 8 CNC machining centers and 6 digital lathes, as well as much mould designing and machining equipment.
