Our company is one of the NDRC audited private enterprises that professionally produce and sell fire protection products. Our company is located in the east industrial park of Pizhou City, Jiangsu Province, with great geographical location and convenient transportation. In 2007, our company was built with an investment of 50000000 Yuan, covering an area of 25000 square meters and the construction area of 6000 square meters. In October, 2008, our company was completed and began the trial production.Our company now has a modern plant of 4000 square meters. As for the production equipment, we have 8 sets of cylinder longitudinal seam welding machines, 6 sets of circumferential seam welding machines, 1 set of hydraulic test equipment, 4 sets of air tightness test equipment and 2 sets of spray equipment. With them, we can fully produce 3000 portable fire extinguishers in a class. Our company has 2 sets of dry powder filling devices, which can realize more than 2000 filling production per class.Quality is the fundamental for the survival of an enterprise and the source of sustainable development. Our company has a full-time quality inspector in the production shop, with adequate inspection and testing equipment. We established a blasting (hydraulic) lab, a dry powder fire extinguisher test chamber and a fire extinguish switch lab. We implement the inspection system of all the key outsourcing materials. Cylinder test is executed by batch pressure, holding pressure and blasting test. We take the sampling test of our fire extinguishers according to the company's provisions, and strive to make the qualified rate reach 100%.As a strategic decision to implement and strengthen enterprise culture construction, our company introduced and recruited a number of professional and technical personnel, and trained a batch of cadres.
