Founded in 2000, Hangzhou Supersound Electronic Co., Ltd. (named HSE for short) is a high-tech enterprise specialized in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processing, COB (Integrated Circuit Bonding) processing, and DIP (Welding Assembly) processing, and in the technology development and application of controllers used in consumer electronic products and small household electric appliances. Our company is also engaged in the sale of special chips, COB set parts and other relative electronic parts and components.

HSE has an annual production capacity of soft sealing 15-30 KK pieces and SMT 60-100 KK pieces. Our company is one of the largest enterprises of its kind in Hangzhou area. The coordinated process of SMT, COB and DIP greatly reduces clients' middle links and make the quality more reliable and the delivery faster.

HSE has sophisticated equipment including 2 Japanese make full automatic SMT machines, 2 peak wave welders, 2 reflex flow welders, and 12 automatic Aluminum wedge bonders. The advanced equipment, together with scientific inspection technique and strict quality control, ensures good quality of products in the entire process of manufacture, from raw material purchasing to product packing and shipment.

HSE got ISO9001 Certificate in 2004 and vigorously practices ISO9001 standard and Japanese QC 5S standard in our operation and management. HSE is one of the pioneer enterprises in this trade, introducing and practicing the standardized quality management.

The current main products of HSE are parts and components used in consumer electronic products, household electric appliances, meters and instruments, and electronic medical products.

Our main products cover electronic controllers (circuit designs and complete products) used in air conditioners, timers, thermometers, water heaters, automobile electronic parts, electric bicycles, and kitchen electric appliances.

HSE offers all-round and a wide range of services, including product design & development, optimized techniques, coordinated processing, customer-entrusted purchase, product quality analysis, and after-sales service.

Currently, HSE has more than 100 employees, and over 60% of the technical and management personnel (26 people) have college, university or higher learning schooling record.
