Weifang Huatian New Energy Group Co., Ltd. is located in the hometown of Chinese vegetable - Shouguang City, Shandong Province. Our company mainly engages in photovoltaic agriculture, energy, electricity and wine. Our companys registered capital is RMB 33 million and the total assets is of RMB 120 million. Our factory covers an area of more than 120 acres and a building area of more than 40,000 square meters. There are existing staff of more than 180 people.We are a high-tech enterprise integrating research, development, production, sales and services of solar modules for leading products, with the production reaching 50MW. With a grid generation system and an independent power supply system, we produce solar lights, solar landscape lamps and other solar energy products for civilian use and other applications.Huatian Group has over two years research and development experience. Under the support of Tsinghua University, we developed the first photovoltaic vegetable-shed-31MW photovoltaic vegetable-shed integration project, and applied for a patent. It covers an area of 3,180 acres with the total investment of RMB 1.46 billion. The first phase of the project is 1 WM demonstration project, and the implementation period is August 2011 to August 2012, covering an area of 180 acres and with the total investment being RMB 60.19 million. The first phase of the project has been built and in successful application, not only in power generation, but also in double harvest of vegetables at the same time. The project will be an integrated model of city sightseeing, tourism, picking and demonstration, and a multiple coexist of industry, agriculture, tourism and new energy. The second phase is 10 megawatts (MW) and the implementation period is from October 2012 to December 2013, covering an area of 1000 acres and with the investment of RMB 480 million. The third phase is 20 megawatts (MW) and the implementation period is from April 2014 to August 2015, covering an area of 2,000 acres and with the investment of RMB 920 million. After the completion of the project, a power generation of 50 million kilowatt-hours with CO2 and SO2 emissions reduction being respectively 51,999.4 tons and 396.8 tons, and coal saving of 17,294.9 tons can be realized. This is first applied at home, and would also have certain influence internationally. All in all, we are in the lead.
