Please contact us by e-mail in English.We carry out small orders quite fast within 5 - 10 days. The carrying out speed depends on whether the product material is available in the material market. If not, it depends on when it will come. It also depends on the logo imprinting or embroidery on our festival fabric products, and the communication with our clients. Of course, it depends on where the product is supposed to be delivered. For small orders, we suggest client to accept China EMS air shipping door-to-door service. It will take 5 to 7 days from China to your hand as per the shipping time.Bigger orders are carried out in about 20-50 days. Usually we produce gifts in our own factory. If we have time for sea transport, we offer a very good price. By making promotional festival fabric products in our factory, we can offer custom made products based on our basic design. Then everything depends on our clients' and our designers' fantasy. Quality Control: Generally, before delivering goods from our factory, we will take many QC pictures for our clients to know the whole production status and pack methods. Also, we welcome the third professional QC companies like BV, SGS and Client's QC office to check the goods quality.Every year, from April to the beginning of the coming year, we are busy in sewing work and OEM pack in production. It seems like time is very short every day. Except for the national lawful holidays, our schedule is arranged tightly.Currently, we can provide quality service for clients from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan area. In the near future, we are planning to expand our service to European and the USA, then to other countries.Our local seaports are Ningbo and Shanghai. Generally, our offer is based on FOB NINGO or SHANGHAI.Our factory is located in Xincheng Industrial Area, Pan'an, Zhejiang.
