Hangzhou Yongfeng Down Products Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of down and down products. We have 25 years' experience for washed down manufacture. Our main products are washed down and feather, down comforters, pillows, cushions, down sleeping bags, pillowcases, mattress, bed sheet, bedspread, and others.
Our laboratory department carries out vigorous testing programs such as IDFB-2002, EN, JSIL1903-1998, and GB10289-88/102988-89, complying with labeling standards of JIS, EN12934, AS2479, and GB/T, as well as Canada standards of FTC, ADA, and others.
Our first investment was two million US dollars and our build-up area is more than 20,000 square meters. Our company has established a large-scale goose and duck farm in Northeast China which can provide high quality and big quantity of raw material, so it has greatly reduced the cost for our company.
Our company consists of down workshop, bedding product workshop, computer sewing (single needle) workshop and polyester filling workshop. We have also introduced advanced equipment such as washing machine, mixer machine, one case and six case down dividing machine, sewing machine, computer sewing machine (single needle), polyester filling process machines (for quilt, pillow, and others), filling machine, vacuum-packed machine, compress packed machine and cleaning machine.
Our down department can produce all kinds of washed down and feather more than two thousand tons per year. Our bedding product factory can produce all kinds of bedding products, for example, duck / goose down comforter, pillow, mattress and cushion for about one million pieces per year.
