Yangjiang hardware history can be traced back to 1,400 years ago. In A.D. 557, the national hero-XianFuRen stationed troops in Yangjiang & Yangchun and made weapon in Yangjiang area. "The phong genealogy" in Qing dynasty records: the tomb of General Phong was buried with his 82 Angle goose eyebrow golden sword, this "goose eyebrow sword" is commonly known in Yangjiang area as the 'dasha dao'. After that, the knife manufacturing technology spread to folk and started producing all kinds of civil knives, which established the foundation of Yangjiang knives industry. Nearly 100 years, Yangjiang hardware manufacturing technology has achieved great development and formed unique city brand. Meanwhile, it derived for the chain development of kitchen and household products industries.
GT as a family enterprise has grown against 2008 global financial storm and it had continuous consolidation and development in past several years.
