Foshan Chengjie Hardware Manufacture Factory was established in 2002 and is specialized in manufacturing garment hardware accessories, such as nail head, eyelet, rivet, belt buckle, shoe buckle and other hardware accessories for bags and shoes.
Our factory is located in China Hardware Trade Center---Danzao Town, which is famous as "Town of Hardware" in China. Our factory is very near to highway and only 30 kilometers to Guangzhou airport, offering convenience for visiting factory.
Our factory covers an area of 3,500 square meters and we have more than 500 employees, operating directorate and guiding-general managers, as well as a charge management system. Our factory owns a complete series of equipment, such as die casting machine, dotting instrument, wire E. D. M, spark machine, punching machine and engraving machine. There are special inspectors for every procedure, insuring the quality of products.
In 2007, our factory imported the newest CNC engraving machine from Germany to improve the precision of our product, in order to satisfy customers. Our factory has 6 senior engineer officers. They design and exploit more than 3 new model products to satisfy the need of constant changing market.
Our factory has more than 2,000 models of products now. Our production capacity is about 3 tons per day and production cycle is about 3 days. Our products are mainly exported to Germany, Egypt, the Middle East, Korea and India.
