Nanjing Longwin Windpower Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in January, 2008. The annual sales value is expected to reach RMB250 million in 2010. Our main products include bearings, large flanges, deep sea seals, car engine parts, large customer-designed parts, wind turbine shafts, wind turbine shrink discs, wind turbine generator shafts, membrane separation devices, separation and mass transfer equipment and rollers. Our wide range of products covers from wind power generation, metallurgy, building materials, heavy lifting, chemical engineering, mining and energy to defense and other fields to meet the needs of different customers from at home and abroad. Our customers are all over Europe, North America, Japan and China.

Longwin has the first-class modern factory and equipment. Longwin has an experienced engineering team which can provide engineering solutions and services (such as design, CAE analysis and optimization) to meet our customers' needs. Longwin obtained ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 certifications in July, 2009.

Longwin currently has Windpower Equipment Business Unit and Membrane Separation Business Unit. While the Windpower Equipment BU specializes in the development and manufacture of mechanical components and systems, with focus on Windpower low-speed transmission parts; Longwin Membrane Separation Technology Business Unit mainly engages in the production of inorganic ceramic membranes, applications and integrations of membrane separation technology including technology development, manufacturing, installation and commissioning services.

Longwin Membrane Separation Business Unit focuses on liquid-solid and gas-solid separation technologies. Longwin Membrane Separation Technology Business Unit relies on the engineering advantages of Shanghai Bonkiqi technology in the integration of separation and mass transfer technology; also it has established collaborations with many professional organizations including University of Michigan in the United States, Nanjing University of Technology, Southeast University, etc.

Membrane separation equipments have been successful applied in environmental protection, desalination, pure water production and preparation, bio-chemical, chemical industry, food and other fields.

In July 2009, passed ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 system certification.

With the company's own manufacturing, managing, electrical engineering and instrument designing capabilities, installation and commissioning capabilities for automatic control and electrical system, Longwin Membrane Separation Technology business unit can design new projects or energy conservation, expansion, technological transformation, discharge reduction projects to provide customers with comprehensive liquid-solid and gas-solid separation solutions.

Membrane Separation Technology Business Unit controls costs from internal and external supply chains and utilizes EDI system for application materials supply and product distribution. Through continuous innovation, operational excellence, resource integration and fine management, Longwin Membrane Separation Technology Business Unit strives constantly for the pursuit of common development of customers, business partners and the company.
