Our company (hereinafter referred to as FLK Drive) is located in Luan Economic Development Zone, Anhui Province, in Eastern China. We are headquartered in Shanghai, and have 5 subsidiary companies. They are Shanghai MRD Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd., Shanghai Ferrocar Heavy Transmission Co., Ltd., Anhui MRD Heavy Transmission Co., Ltd., Anhui Ferrocar Heavy Transmission Co., Ltd., Anhui Suopu Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. We own 2 brands. One is MRD and the other one is FLK.
There is another new factory for expanding the scale of production. The total investment for our new factory is USD 230 million. The investment of the first phase is around 70 million USD and our factory covers an area of 67,000 square meters. Our factory was put into production in December 2013 with the total annual output value over USD 170 million. The investment of the second phase will be USD160 million and will be completed by October 2015. Then total area of our company will be 400,000 square meters with annual output value over USD 500 million.
