Our factory's production line control is very strict.Row material is brand new import material,The tolerance Dia. of filament is +/-0.05mm.
1.The most important information is the filament temperature and Melting point.
2.Each production step of quality checking will be controlled strictly by our master.
3.Tolerance diameter will be tested by our advanced automatic checking machines.
we built quality control system that we bought 3D printer in office to test each produce batch filament, including PLA and ABS ,to make sure each one is qualified of printing on 3D printer.

Got enquiry =>Making quotation=>sending samples=>(Revising samples or salesman samples=>Got confirmation=>Getting order=>Bulk production=>Quality Inspection=>Shipping goods
The Technical Quality Inspection Report Certificate of our filament materials will be shown in this year of March,2014. Now the filament materials are during the test.
