Sales Team BOHOBO owns a very big professional sales team, duties as follows:
1. Service the target customer from the international e-commerce platform and canton fairs hold in HK Fair, Las Vegas(CES Fair) and Berlin(IFA fair)
2.Do through communication with customers, study their target products, make proper recommendations, and covey their exact requirements to production team.
3.Follow up the production process, and keep the customer updated about their products.
4.Do after-sale service for customer after goods reach the destination. Solve any problems for customers.
Marketing Executive
Xu Wang is very smart for the market trends. He always know what is the latest, what is our advantages, and what kind of price we should place. As we have shop in huaqiang north market of Shenzhen, so we always catch up the trends.
Price Express
Tufen is the professional person of price placement. She offers us best price and will adjust the price according to the market in time.
Production follow-up team
step one the production team will prepare samples for selection
Step two after order confirmed, they will arrange pre-samples for confirm before starting the production.
Step three Send the products to customers with required packages for final confirmation
Step four put the finished cases in cartons and move them into our warehouse
Yujiao Lee is the chief manger of production team, she controls the whole production process.
Guangqing Zhu is in charge of the production of leather cases.
Yuanyuan Dong is in charge of aluminum case, sport case and silicone case.
Wanru Huang is in charge of Plastic case and TPU case.
Lezhao Fu is specializing in package, he will design packages and arrange production according to customer requirements.
QC Team
After goods is finished, Yujiao is first person to do quality control, She will check if all colors and models is right, quantity is correct, and package is right, card box is right label.
Jody will check if the goods has some scratches, has some dirty things, and if the package is clean as air. if the case is right for real phones and tablets.
after all details is cofirmed, our boss William will spot check some goods to see if all is correct.
Warehouse
Warehouse will make sure the cases in right cartons, make sure the quantities are right.And put them in right place for customer QC team.
shipping
Jody is professional for shipping process. Do custom clearance, arrange containers and prepare all the documents for customers for pick up the goods.
loading
Before Loading, we will confirm the container is without any damage. And make sure all cartons are not damaged.
