Dalian Hanwei Blade Center Co., Ltd., a manufactory with a history of 20 years, is professional in manufacturing swords with functionality and collection value.
The company founder-Paul Chen is one of the famous sword makers around the world. He studies and makes swords all his life. As a 58-year-old man, he has won many awards in the world. He is now disseminating sword culture and spirit by providing the market with the best swords with the most reasonable price.
Technique and Expertise
We combine traditional sword fabricating method with modern technology together in the manufacture. While most parts of the swords are made by handcraft, we also use modern facilities to prove the quality of our products. The whole manufacturing process takes a series of procedures.
Design
Most of our products are designed by our own specialty team. We have carefully checked the physical performance, materials and technics in each item of products, to insure the safety and functionality. Customer feedback has helped us ensure the quality of our products.
We have full authorization to produce each single one of our products, no matter the one designed by world famous sword master or the copy of historical masterpieces that are exhibiting in the museums around the world.
Material
Besides of those materials that can be seen on the blade sold in the market, we also provide blade made by Maraging steel on high class products in order to meet the special requirement of the flexibility. We have also reached and developed our won alloy steel, HW1 and HW2, with high intensity and toughness.
High range and natural materials are used on the outfit of luxury and collection level products, such as ray skin, antler and leather etc.
Materials, such as fiber glass, are used on general and practice level swords, in order to realize the practical function.
