Background:
The proliferation of low-cost, high-performing PC-based image generation and computing systems have combined training and entertainment-focused simulation systems closer together. But it is not enough: motion systems are still predominantly based on technology. They are old, heavy, cumbersome and expensive.

In addition, the MS&T (Modeling, Simulation & Training) industry has capitulated to the belief that a simulation system must be of the highest fidelity (the most realistic and expensive). Nothing could be further from the truth.
