1. How about your company?
We have been in export field for more than 7 years. Now we have a 20 peoples' team. We are always doing the best to serve every client professionally and deal every project responsibly.
2. What is your main item?
We supply more than 500 kinds of kitchenware including stainless steel cutlery, knife set, plastic food container, ceramic knife and water thermos etc.
We supply our own products at good price and fast delivery. But we don't accept OEM order.
3. What is your MOQ?
We accept small order. More than 30pcs is acceptable. You can mix many items in different color and different size.
4. What is your delivery time?
For sample less than 5pcs, we can ship it within 3days by HK post.
For wholesale order more than 5pcs, we will ship it within 15days by sea or by air.
For mass production, we will ship it around 30-40days according to your qty. and we will ship it by SEA FCL shipment. We accept FOB or CIF terms
5. What is your payment?
We are a formal registered company in china. We can accept payment by bank transfer T/T.
Also, we accept payment by money gram, western union, PayPal or escrow.
6. Our warehouse management?
We have 2 retail shop and big warehouse in china. For that, we can ship the small order very fast.
7. Can you change the item label and master packing?
Yes, if your qty can meet our requirements, we will make the OEM label and master packing for you.
