Our company was equipped with high-quality high-speed continuous casting production lines with four sets of machines and four billet output lines, 80T high-power electric arc furnaces, 10T ladle furnaces, casting equipment like vacuum ingot casting rooms of 100T, 200T, 300T and 500T, free forging machine of 12.5MN, 250MN, 66MN and 140MN, forging facilities like forging manipulators of 600MT and 200MT, heating furnaces, heat treatment installations like annealing furnaces, vertical heating furnaces, etc., machine tools like heavy CNC vertical lathes, heavy CNC horizontal lathes, milling machines, and floor-type boring and milling machines, hoisting equipment like 550T forging cranes, trolley conveyors, quenching cranes, etc., energy-saving and environmental protection installations like 220kV substations, natural gas pipelines, dust removal systems, heat recovery boilers and water-purified stations, and testing equipment like pneumatic transport sample systems, data transfer systems and NC micro sulfur print samples. Our company is one of the equipment manufacturing enterprises with the most completed and advanced facilities. Among the machines, the 140MN free forging oil press with 8.5m-wide space between columns now ranks the first in the world, which can be used to forge large-scale tube forgings with the diameter over 8m.
