Sinopec Chemical Sales Company Limited is the wholly owned branch company of Sinopec Corporation. Our predecessor is Sinopec International Co. Our company was established in June, 1984. In 2000, our company was reconstructed according to the Law of Corporation. In August, 2004, according to the system reformation scheme on the foreign trade of Sinopec, China Petrochemical Int'l Co., Ltd. took the centralized and unified management on all kinds of foreign trade of petrochemical products, fuel oils, technologies, equipment and materials, apparatuses and instruments, three agents and spare parts.

The headquarters of Sinopec Chemical Sales Company Limited has set up 16 departments, among which there are Comprehensive Department, Enterprise Management Department, Personnel Department, Financial Department and Transportation Department, as well as 11 Trade Departments including Crude Oil Trade Department, Fuel Oil Department, Products Import Department, Products Trade Department, Equipment and Materials Department, Chemical Fibre Department, Chemical Department, Project Development Department, Oil Refining Department, Chemical Fibre Department, Chemical Department, Project Development Department, Bidding Department, and Economic & Trade Consultation Co., Ltd. Sinopec Corporation owns 6 holding branch companies such as UNIPEC, CNOOC & Sinopec United Int'l Trade Co., Ltd. Since the system reformation on foreign trade, Sinopec Corporation has set up 15 offices in Jinling and other places at home; and set up 8 overseas companies and offices in America, Japan, Germany, Singapore, Ecuador and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The three companies in Hong Kong have taken on a quite large scale and have great influence over there.

Sinopec Chemical Sales Co., Ltd. Wu Han Branch is the institute in the South Central District of Sinopec Chemical Sales Company Limited. We are located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, in charge of South Central District - mainly responsible for the import and export of SINOPEC Baling Petrochemical, Changling oil refining and Chemical Anqing Petrochemical, Jingmen Petrochemical, Jiujiang Petrochemical, Huhan Petrochemical, Hubei Fertilizer and more.

Our company mainly deals in the import and export of chemical products such as Bisphenol A, butadiene, pure benzene, cinnamene, Cyclohexanone, Cyclohexane, Epoxy Resin, SBS rubber, 6-Aminohexanoic Acid Cyclic Lactam, thiamin, all kinds of additives and catalyzers, as well as the import of mechanical and electrical products, instruments and spare parts.

Baling Petrochemical Corporation is affiliated to SINOPEC. Epoxy Resin Division of Baling Petrochemical Branch is one of the domestically largest bases for researching, producing and selling epoxy resin. It is also the only large-scale chemical enterprise in the country, gathering the production of caustic soda, chlorine products and epoxy resin.

Epoxy Resin Division was established in 1969, and our enterprise has over 1,400 staff members. Epoxy Resin Division possesses a 5.2Kt epoxy resin plant. Main products of Epoxy Resin Division include CYD series of epoxy resin, type E series of epoxy resin, special epoxy resin and its supporting materials, 3-chloropropene, epichlorohydrin, caustic soda, liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid and others. Six kinds of products have been awarded provincially excellent products. 4 kinds of products have been awarded products with famous brand in Hunan Province. In 1998, epoxy resin was awarded "reliable product" in quality. Our Baling Brand of epoxy resin is authorized as "Famous Trademark".
