Puyang Zhongke Xinyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. is a technological enterprise integrating scientific research, production and sale, located in Pucheng Industry Zone, Puyang City, Henan Province, with convenient transportation. Our predecessor is Puyang Keli Chemical Co., Ltd. established in October, 1998. Our company covers an area of more than 26,000 square meters and has fixed asset of more than RMB70 million with more than 110 employees, including 2 senior engineers and 5 senior technicians. In August, 2002, our company passed ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification and quality assurance of CAQ. We have been certificated as "Credit Enterprise" for 3 years. Our products have been qualified through a comprehensive assessment of Sinopec Zhongyuan Oilfield Company, and are approved to enter SINOPEC Chemistry resource market. Our company is a designated manufacturer of Sinopec Zhongyuan Oilfield Branch of China Petrochemical Group Company.

Our company adopts production equipment imported from Germany to produce various plasticizer products of over 50,000 tons every year, relying on Zhongyuan Oilfield convenient low-cost raw materials. Petroleum resin industry makes use of C5 fraction and C9 fraction as major raw materials to produce C5 petroleum resin and C9 petroleum resin of 30,000 tons per year, and we have an annual capacity of over 20,000 tons of the other petroleum resin.
