Established in June ,2003, Shandong Xinqinglu Steel Plate Co.,Ltd is the whole-funded subsidiary of Penglai Construction Group and covers an area of 538 mu , with an annual output of 1.4 million tons of sheets. Our company is located in a steel industry park combining pickled cold rolling, hot dip galvanizing, prepainting, composite board , heavy steel structures and steel logistics into one and also provides services for bank pledge. With the max storing capacity of 30 tons in Jiaodong Peninsula, Bonded warehouse in the park can also provide import and export bonded businesses.
Our company possesses superior geolocation and convenient transportation. Within three kilometers from the park, there is a first-standard open port with two ten-thousand berthages . Near the industry park,there is a Yanlong Railway marshalling station .And three highways , namely, Tongsan Highway, Weiwu Highway, 206 National Highway forms a thoroughfare network in the park.
At present , two production lines are put into operation , 200,000 tons of hot dip galvanizing line and 150,000 tons of prepainting line separately. Pickled cold rolling , aluminum zinc silicon project and composite board damping project are under construction. In the park, There are also two companies, Huadian Heavy Steel Construction Company and Penglai Steel Construction Company, which can provide the steel for mill houses, bridges, ships, drilling platforms , petrochemicals and power infrastructures.
Our hot dip galvanizing line started operation in Sep,2004 and adopted the devices of vertical annealing oven, ceremic zinc cauldron, levelling and skin passig machines. Our products always possess the characteristics of complete annealling , high strength of deep drawing, strong zinc adhesion, flattness and brightness. We can manufacture the GI from 0.17mm to 1.0mm , zero spangle, mini spangle and big spangle , below the thickness of 0.3mm are our best sellers in market. And our products quality always enjoy the leading role among the same products.
Our prepainting line started operation in May , 2008 and adopted full-automatic control system with advanced equipments and mature technology. The prepainted products possess the characteristics of equal paint film, strong adhesion, high anti-corrosion, good deep processing performances, bright color ,smooth surface and diverse paints. Not only does it have the steel mechanical performance and easy formability performance ,but also possesses good decoration of organic materials. This line can produce construction plates, antistatic plates, deep process low luster plates, anti-fingerprint plates and high anti-corrosion plates . Besides, we cooperate with insurance company ,so the products quality is guaranteed by the insurance company.
