JIAO NAN TIAN HAI RUBBER&PLASTIC PRODUCTS CO.,LTD was founded in 2000,which is a professional manufacturer of semi-solid tires and rubber products.

The company invested USD 4 million to build the factory, covers an area of about 20000 square meters ,including the area of the plant is 15000 square meters. The Company has nearly 100 staff ,including 15 professionals and technicians after over 10 years developement .

Our company is located in Jiao Nan Tie Shan Industrial Zone,Qing Dao of Shand Dong province,It's to the west of Qing Dao Qian Wan Port and to the east of Tong-san Highway.The traffic is very convenient.

Our company has been engaging in developing and producing all kinds of rubber products all the time ,and also a long-standing supplier of the HAIER GROUP.We began to develop and manufacture semi-solid tires from 2006. After 8 years of development, we have formed the lean production line, and have a full set of advanced tire-making machines and equipments in the process of mixing,extrusion,molding,curing. Our production technology is up to the industry's top level. Semi-solid tires ,13X500-6,13X650-6,15X600-6 ,which are used for commercial lawn mowers , are able to be produced about 150000 pcs in a year.

Semi-solid tires have lighter weight, better elasticity and antifriction than solid tires ; In the meanwhile, they don't also need inflation and mend ,comparing to pneumatic tires. They are widely used in lawn mowers, agricultural machines, hand trolley, luggage carts, trolleys ,generators and other vehicles.

The company attaches great importance to the quality and performance of tires.We passed the ISO9001 certification and obtained a certificate in 2012, our quality policy is "scientific management, continuous improvement, high quality and efficiency, customer satisfaction". Our company has its own laboratory and a full set of testing equipments, used to test the physical properties of rubber mixture and the performance of tires.
