As one of the first professional domestic disc-spring manufacturers, we have nearly 29 years of experience in the design, research and manufacture of the disc-springs. Identified as the high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province in 2006, our factory was recognized as the National Hi-Tech Enterprise in 2009. Our company not only has been on the first list of 'Pioneers of Independent Innovation', issued by China General Machine Components Industry Association (CMCA), but also has been the director of the National Association of Spring. For the past many years, we have offered auxiliary service to many big projects like Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station in Shenzhen, the Three Gorges Projects (under water generator sets), manned spacecraft and the large-scale coal gasification device of shell. Our products are also exported to many abroad countries, such as the USA, Canada, Japan, the EU and so on.
We have automatic coining production lines, CNC machine tools, isothermal heat treatment production line and also ISO9001 quality management system. We also have our own Research and Development Dept., and Disc-spring Shock Isolation Engineering and Technological Research Center. Thus, we are sure to make a reliable product quality assurance.
