Flowinn (Shanghai) Fluid Power Equipment Co., Ltd,also named Flowinn (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd, was established by Taiwanese in October, 2006. It is a professional enterprise, combining R&D,production and sale, which specializes in producing electric actuators . It is located in Nanxiang Industrial Zone, Jiading District, Shanghai and only 30 minutes driving distance from downtown. Flowinn can be ODM and currently have at least 5 World Top 500 Enterprises customers. Flowinn has good sales achievement in domestic market, and also export to Asia,Australia,Europe,America, etc. Annual production capability can be reached up to 50,000 pcs.
Flowinn electric actuators can be remotely controlled by wireless infrared ray, with digital display,failure alarm,self-inspection functions,complying with ISO5211 mounting std,up to IP67/68 housing protection class and meet CE & RoHS requirement. Actuators of quarter and multi turn can be mounted with butterfly valves, ball valves, gate valves and similar devices of being turned, etc. By means of On/Off or modulating(0-10VDC,2-10VDC,4-20mA)signal , we can easily operate actuators which can be widely used to the piping of water supply,HVAC sys,industries of petrol, chemical,food,medicine,paper and power plant to reach the purpose of shut-off valve or modulating control.
All actuators go through visual Kanban and at least 10 items of 100% functional inspection. Adopting FMEA,CPK/PPK,concepts of 6 Sigma and Operation Excellent to monitor production condition. Up to now, we get approvals of CE,IP68,RoHS,ISO9001,ISO14001,OHSAS18001,etc. issued by TUV,SGS,BSI. 24 months warrantee period after delivery is our quality promise.
