1) Supplier Evaluation & Auditing: Before we finalize our suppliers, we carry out detail evaluation of our supplier pertaining to quality, capacity, capability & market reputation.
2) While choosing our supplier we take special care to see if they have world class machines / equipment. If yes, they can provide accordingly world class products.
3) Transparency: We welcome our customers to visit our suppliers so they can be ensured product quality.
4) After-Sales Service: As we are present in China as well as in India, we can take care of after-sales service efficiently. The biggest worry of buyer is to get the spare parts or consumables in time, so we facilitate them to get the parts & service on time.
5) Quality: We ensure the material & the process required to make the set product is adhered to. Our engineer will be in touch with supplier from foundation of machine till the dispatch.
6) Standardization of Parts: While selecting a machine, we ask suppliers to use standard parts which can easily available & serviceable locally. We also provide drawings for special parts which need maintenance or change periodically.
7) Logistics: We help our customers get the best logistics services to import their products. We ensure logistics services & costs.
8) Consolidation: If our customers want to get small order from China market, we can help them by providing consolidation facility.
We consolidate all products from approved suppliers, make sure sufficient storage and dispatch by FCL/LCL. If needed, we also provide pre dispatch inspection on these consolidated products for customers. Freight cost reduction is the main benefit which our customer can get through this facility.
