Huangshan Hengying Industrial Co., Ltd. has two main business. One is producing wear-resistant replacements for crushing and grinding machines, and the other is manufacturing PVC decorative materials for furniture, doors and cabinets.

A. Wear Replacement Business:
Hengying's "A" factory has three production lines with annual casting output of 30,000 tons. Manufacturing line includes the following facilities: induction furnace, evaporated pattern casting (EPC) producing set, heat treating furnace, and hydraulic press.

To maintain the reliable quality of our products, our company tests the finish of the casting, the dimensional accuracy, the mechanical property, and the chemical composition through the testing equipment such as direct-reading spectrometer, metallurgical microscope, Rockwell hardness tester and other methods. Before delivering the order to customers, our company guarantees each product is qualified.

In order to provide more convenience for customers, our company also offers customized service. From design to product component selecting, our company will help customers reach the efficient and economical solution. To guarantee customer satisfaction, our company cooperates with professional institutes on design services. These institutes are State Cement Research & Design Institute and University of Science and Technology of China.

B. PVC Decorative Material Business:

In 2006, our company started PVC decorative film manufacturing. Our company sets up two producing lines at factory "B" with daily output of 100,000 meters, and each line is equipped with printing, laminating, cutting and packaging facilities. By owning more than a hundred different print rollers, our company is able to provide a large range of selections on colors and patterns.

Through ERP simulation, our company manages the whole producing process, from raw materials souring to on-time delivery, as accurate as possible. Therefore, after our products earn a good reputation from customers, our company has become an international supplier to the following markets: Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia and South America.
