Cixi Bohan Mould Factory was founded in 1994 and is one of the largest professional manufacturers of plastic moulds in China. Our factory mainly produces plastic moulds for automobile parts, air-conditioners as well as cosmetic and household electrical appliances. We have cooperated with many well-known enterprises at home and abroad.
Our factory covers over 9,900 square meters, with more than 20 designers, 30 mold fitters with more than 10 years of experience and 100 employees. Our production capacity is more than 300 sets of molds per year. We utilize the latest PRO-E, AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS & UG to set various 2D & 3D data and upgrade frequently, and have set up a complete system of CAD, CAE & CAM.
We possess all kinds of advanced tooling machines, more than 20 milling machines and lathes, 10 sets of EDM/EDW equipment, 7 sets of CNC machines made in Japan & Taiwan area (Max 1, 500 X 800mm) and 20 injection machines (60T-1600T). The quality and models of our products and even the compatible production cost are in advantage for your company to upgrade your products.
In addition, we have also developed special techniques on injection moulds and dual-color rotating injection moulds by using soft materials, such as TPE & TPR, as well as on over-moulds with hard material, such as PP. This makes the products with the characters of beauty, good tactility and anti-slide. Now, this technique is widely used on toothbrush handles, shaver handles, mobiles shells, car decorations and pen caps.
