With convenient transportation as we are nearby the junction of Jihe Highway and Yanpai Highway, it takes only 20 minutes from our firm to the Shenzhen Baoan Airport and Yantian Port by car. There is 8,000 square meters of land with a construction area of 10,000 square meters,rational layout and beautiful environment.

1) HDPE pipe fitting mould for in-wall drainage with the unique mould technology to ensure product ellipticity, wall thickness, diameter size to comply with the standard(110 HDPE drainage pipe fitting; ellipticity tolerance less or equal 1.0mm, wall thickness tolerance less or equal 0.4mm, outside diameter tolerances less or equal 0.3).

2) The unique PPR pipe fitting mould manufacturing technology of 16 cavity , into the plastic balance, rapid and uniform cooling, forming a short time, and to ensure that each cavity size and performance products meet the standards.

3) Complex mold core pulling technology, including expansion port (internal ring groove) U-Pulling moulds and technology.

4) Various sections of complex profiles (PE, PVC, PC, ABS, etc.) extrusion mould can be used in steel-plastic reinforced winding pipe, communications radome, lamp, plastic doors and windows.

5) A variety of complex structure, precision measurements of the female and male(including PVDF, PPA and other quick connection) mould design and manufacturing technology.

6) The unique manufacturing and production technology of CPVC pipe mould.
