We have a total factory area of approximately 40,000 square meters with a built-up area of 10,000 square meters. Our total asset is over USD 20,000,000. In order to meet the continuously growing business and developing demands both in home and abroad, another 5,000 sq. meters of production area with modern and advanced production facilities was built.

Our factory is located in Industrial Area of Fengcheng Town, Fengxian District, Shanghai City. We focus on designing, researching, developing, manufacturing and selling various industrial washing machines including entire suspension washing machines, washer extractors, tumble dryers, dry cleaning machines, dewatering machines, vertical and horizontal industrial washers, flatwork ironers, ironing machines, folding machines, etc. These products are popular used in hotels, hospitals, railways, troops, universities, colleges and some washing & dyeing factories of more than 40 countries. Jiexing has experienced a remarkable development. There are more than 30 offices worldwide. Today, Jiexing has become the leading industrial laundry machine manufacturer and service provider all over the world.

Currently our technical team consists of approximately 56 front-line operators, 5 senior engineers (with over 30 years experiences in this field), 5 electro-mechanical engineers and more than 10 technicians supervising the operation of sophisticated instruments in production line. Our experienced engineers are able to complete the conventional turning, milling, planing, boring, slotting, drilling, reaming, grinding and polishing and other metal processing operations and laser cutting, flame cutting, plasma cutting, punching, cutting, stamping, folding, stretching, roll forming and other processing operations and various types of sheet metal welding class manufacturing processes.

Every year, Technical Center takes up the R&D tasks of tens of products, most of them are developed independently, and the others are developed under collaboration with established foreign companies in the laundry industry. We have attained strict CE & ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification, evaluated as "Washing Equipment, Shanghai Fengxian Unit" by the International Washing Organization through the strictest quality inspection. To meet ISO9001:2008 and CE requests, we have a strong QA & QC team. We have about 20 members to guarantee the quality, strictly control every working procedure and sector in all manufacturing process.
